Backyard Sports is a series of sports video games created by Humongous Entertainment where the playable characters are kids, including professional athletes reimagined as kids. It debuted in 1997 with Backyard Baseball, and the most recent original titles (as of 2024) were released in 2015. Sports that were covered by the series include baseball, soccer (association football), American football, basketball, ice hockey, and skateboarding. The sports are somewhat simplified to make them easier for their target demographic of children.

A relaunch of the franchise began in 2024 with a remaster of Backyard Baseball, titled as Backyard Baseball '97, with more remasters of the other team sports' first games plus Backyard Baseball 2001 soon to follow. The relaunched franchise is currently handled by Playground Productions.
