A clitoris that appears to have undergone metoidioplasty: a surgical procedure that modifies and lengthens the clitoris to more closely resemble a penis. Or a penis that appears to be the result of such. Common in, but not exclusive to, trans-masculine characters.

Can often be differentiated from a regular enlarged_clitoris by the skin of the shaft, which may encircle it completely rather than being fused to the labia.
May also exist alongside prosthetic scrotum and/or a vagina. Some metoidioplasties contain a urethra.
A metoidioplasty sits much lower than a natural penis and the skin of the shaft is often much looser and baggier.
