Heather is a fan-made dino character created by the Snoot Game community. Notably, she makes an appearance in the Snoot Game module developed by JJ and Faust titled Puppet Pals

She is an orange-scaled dinosaur with grey eyes and blonde hair done up with a red headband. Her scales have lighter, speckles markings on her shoulders running down the front of her breasts and stripes across the top of her snout and tail. Heather wears a yellow sundress with a black waist sash with matching frilly bracelets and a choker, and black loafer shoes.

Heather's eye's appear wall-eyed and thus she is sometimes shown to be confused at certain situations she finds herself in. However, she has proven to be very competent, a hard worker, and incredibly strong.

Her friends include Judee and Schizo-Chan. She often helps them with the Volcano High puppet show club's set up for presentations and enjoys attending their events.
