When a penis is poking through clothing intended to cover it. For example, a penis exposed through the fly of pants, leg of boxers or shorts, waistband of briefs, etc. In most cases, the balls are not exposed.

• If you can see the penis tip poking out of a sheath, use penis_tip instead.
