When a smaller character is being pinched in the fingers of a much larger character. The smaller character can be micro, or the larger character can be macro, or both.

Pinched includes when some fingers are holding the micro, but usually not all fingers. This means that the fingers are holding the micro, usually without involving the palm of the hand. If the micro is being held by the entire hand, tag as grasped instead.

Note: For similar-size characters pinching each other, use pinch instead. Pinched is specifically for characters with vast size differences, where the smaller character's entire body becomes dominated by being pinched, usually by being held.

Holding type tags:

• micro_in_hand (catch-all tag for micros in hands, but does not include macros pinching regular-sized characters)
• grasped (when all fingers are holding the micro or the hand is closed with the micro inside)
• pinched (when some fingers are holding the micro, but not all fingers)
• open_hand (when no fingers are holding the micro, usually with the palm of the hand facing up)
• pinned_by_hand (when the micro is held against a surface by the hand)
• Also tag one of the pinned_to_* tags, such as pinned_to_penis.
