Dr. Frank-N-Furter, also known as Frankie, Dr. Furter, Frank N. Furter, and Frankenfurter. Is the main antagonist of the 1973 stage play The Rocky Horror Show, its film adaptation The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the remake of said movie adaptation The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do the Time Warp Again!

Dr. Frank-N-Furter is an extraterrestrial alien and mad scientist from the planet Transexual in the galaxy of Transylvania. He along with Magenta, Riff-Raff, came to the planet Earth at some point in the past to study life on Earth with Frank as the leader. However, Frank lost sight of his original mission and instead began living an extreme lifestyle of sexual debauchery and perversion frequently seducing/raping his crew and various humans including Columbia the Groupie, Eddie he boyfriend, Brad the Hero, and Janet the Heroine. This lead to Frank eventually spending an unknown amount of time trying to create an artificial lifeform in the form of Rocky Horror for the express purpose of being his own personal and perfect sexual playmate.

Dr. Frank-N-Furter is most frequently depicted as a slender adult male wearing black fishnets, panties, garter straps, corset, and a pearl necklace. He also wears white high-heel shoes, and excessive amounts of makeup. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder. Throughout the film, Frank's outfit changes repeatedly first a lab coat, then a black long sleeve shirt, disguises of various characters and finally a gold version of his initial outfit.

He is most famously known for being portrayed by an incredibly young Tim Curry in one of his first major roles.
