Dachon (Japanese for "ostrich") is the first boss battle of Joy Mech Fight, and the first purpose-built war robot made by the game's main villain Dr. Walnach. He, as well as the other three boss robots, are unlocked when the highest difficulty of the 1P campaign is cleared. Like all of the other robots in Joy Mech Fight, Dachon's body segments are not attached to each other and move around freely.

Dachon has a low learning curve and high attack range, as well as a perpetually-smug expression and an attack that makes a good taunt. These factors combine to make him a popular character among the lower levels of competitive play.
