Tarja is a fan-made dino character created by the Snoot Game fan community. Most notably, she is the single mother of Judee and has been featured as a minor character in the Snoot Game module Puppet Pals.

She is a white scaled troodon with long dirty blonde hair, white eyes with yellow sclera with heavy bags under them, usually with a tired expression. Her face has black speckles which go down along her shoulder, breasts and tail, which ends with a sparse tuft of dirty blonde colored feathers. She often is drawn wearing a dark purple dress or sweater, with a black maxi skirt.
She is of finnish descent and is often seen speaking in the finnish language when talking to her daughter.
