A non-neutral, exaggerated facial expression made during orgasm. This tag does not describe a strict set of facial expressions, but rather it describes an intensely experienced orgasm as evident from the orgasming character's facial expressions.
As an expression of pleasure, this is commonly depicted with an open, rounded mouth as though moaning (i.e., an "o face") and sometimes also with tongue out as though animal panting. When further accentuated with rolled back eyes, this expression should also be ahegao. A pleasured orgasm face with eyebrows slanted to the sides and half-closed eyes is likely also torogao.
Alternatively, orgasming characters may grimace, a forceful, intense, contorted facial expression communicating effort, pleasure, or perhaps even pain during sex. Grimaces commonly feature clenched teeth and narrowed eyes, one closed eye, eyes pinched completely shut, or some other tension around the cheeks and/or eyebrows.
