He's a 5'1 Eevee with a large butt, white sclera with red eyes, and black eyeshadow with a rainbow on top of it. He's usually wearing rainbow stockings and arm warmers. Sometimes he's depicted wearing shoes, a sweater vest with a shirt, and purple khakis.
