"Ears that droop down" — this can be subdivided into lop ears and button ears (but not all ears may cleanly fall into these categories).

Ears that hang down from the point where they connect to the head, covering the ear canal. They are typically long and fall to the sides of the head. Rabbits, dogs and goats, among other species, may be seen with lop ears.
Button Ears

Ears with tips that fold over and droop down, these are mostly seen in specific dog breeds but may also be drawn on pigs, or other canines.
