Character: cosplay pikachu (character)

Cosplay Pikachu is a specific Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. She is a female Pikachu with a black tip on her tail which differentiates her from regular Pikachu. She is able to wear one of five costumes, corresponding to the five traits in contests. Each costume allows this Pikachu to learn a move previously unteachable to regular Pikachu; Flying Press for the tough Pikachu Libre costume as an example.

For this tag to apply, the character must specifically be the Cosplay Pikachu, and not just involve the various Cosplay Pikachu costumes. This means the Pikachu character, in costume or not, has a distinctive black tipped tail. For the costumes without the character explicitly present, the tag cosplay_pikachu_(costume) applies instead.
