I wrote this script following some posts on the feature request thread (mainly forum #46188, forum #51506 and forum #64874) which does some stuff to your user experience.

Features

• Adds these formatting buttons to the comment/reply box and any other textbox that allows formatting

Changes the top header from this to this. (look in the next section for an explanation about the UserBar)
Also, a character counter for blips!
Hotkeys! Fave, vote up/down and navigate pools with a single keypress! (forum #57688)
Keep track of updates to pools and forum threads
TinyAliases, a quick way to add several tags with just one (forum #89046)
Preview which posts are in dispute in takedown requests
Common Tags: List the tags that are common in a search and in how many posts it appears
Quick "add to blacklist" function. Just click the "X" near a tag and voilá, it's now on your blacklist! Works for posts and users too! (for posts click the "Blacklist post" link on the Options section; for users, head to an user profile, by clicking on its username, and then click on "Blacklist user" link at he top)

Thank you! Regarding the script, I can't force you to use it (or can I?) Is it because it didn't work on FF or Chrome? YOU'RE TEARING ME APART!! :P

At first I started with ippiki's suggestion, so I can take that part and make it separate. If you or some need just that function *shrug*

Yup, that's the idea! It can be easily modified to have more or less buttons. Even the counter can be added to every box, but I decided to leave it just for blips (since they're character limited) because it's better to know how much we typed there than anywhere else.

Should I disable the fave counter of the script too? It does a search on ''/post/index.xml?tags=fav%3A{username}&limit=1''. Or any other thing I should disable too?

I don't know how many people installed the script, but just to be sure...

Edit: Quick question for the people who installed it: Is your username/user id appearing correct in user profile, faves and both replies/comments?

Ah, and don't forget flash. Though in the 4.0.0 Wii-U update we did get pdf support. So maybe flash could be possible.

All of the formatting options work, except "Color", which simply does nothing (except remove focus from the comment text box).

Minor bug:
The "Save" button in the "eSix Extend - Settings" is greyed out by default.
I've enabled it by checking and then unchecking one of the checkboxes that I don't need.

Saving the settings (even if you haven't changed them) is necessary to make the "hi new user" pop-up go away.

Yeah, I knew that n_n; Both messages ("Welcome" and "Settings Outdated") turned out to be a bit annoying. I fixed this yesterday but didn't upload till today.

I'll take that the Save button is always disabled by default, I'm going to fix that and update along with the other changes.

- On posts without a description, "Get Source" appears to the right of "Full Size": post #394582
- But on posts that have a description, it's hidden when the description is open. And when the description is closed, it appears right under the word "Description": post #394568

IB lets you search by a pic's MD5 sum. While this isn't as good as a true RIS, it can still be useful. Unfortunately, it's tedious:

1) Copy the link to the full-sized image on e621. Example:

Well, if you're a really good user, you get to go up on the model user picture board (Privledged). However, that's nothing compared to actually working on the student council (Artists at contributor). They actually do a lot of work to help keep the school (e6) running, compared to the model students simply being stellar examples others should look up to. Usually. ;P

Download the script to your desktop, open you extension manager ('=' button > tools > extensions), tick "Developer mode" checkbox and then drag and drop the script on the crome window and finally click "Add"

Ok, I've just installed this script, and I have to say it looks pretty neat. Though I do have one problem. I'm usig the Chromium-based Comodo Dragon browser and the settings panel for the script was simply unwilling to show itself. I had to use the browser's built-in dev tools to disable its "display: none" property so I could actually take a look. You might want to look into this. I'm using the browser as a portable install (my default is still Chrome, my parents and brother use that).
Edit: I looked at the console to see if anything comes up and I found an error message that appeared whenever I clicked the eSix Extend Settings tab. It says:

Uncaught ReferenceError: $j is not defined (script.js:428)

Hope this can help.

That might be a problem with jQuery, in any case, I was thinking of removing the sliding effect (that should appear when switching tabs).

BTW, when you click "Respond", does the reply box fades in?

Whoops! I think I overlooked that. I normally click the button inside a pool and click the first post in it. The Stop Reading button doesn't do much, it hides the navigation buttons and "forgets" you were reading that pool. As for the hotkeys not working (probably in Firefox too), is a small wrong case in the event name ("keyDown" instead of "keydown", Opera accepts both while others don't), not in jQ (which I'm not using for this).

Sorry if I'm trouble, just saying that it doesn't work for me. And if it's a jQuery problem, could you assist me in fixing it?

Trouble? Nah! Maybe the problem is because I'm assuming e621's jQuery (the one I'm using by calling to $j) will work inside userscripts (which does in Opera and Firefox, I kinda overlooked Chrome, sorry). I'll try to replicate (and fix) it in Comodo (and Chrome) once the login problem I'm having is fixed.

Okay, so far, the only way to fix this issue with Chrome (and Chromium based browsers) is installing Tampermonkey (Greasemonkey version for these browsers) because Chrome's native userscript manager installs them as extensions and does not allow access to the page's innards (variables, functions, etc.)

But while I was at it, fixed the hotkey issue that wasn't working with Firefox (at least for me) :)

Remember to click "Apply" and then "Save" when you finish adding your TinyAliases to store and use them.

Uhm... Tampermonkey's not willing to update the sctipt automatically. Manual update via userscripts.org makes a warning about a script (or did it say extension?) downgrade. Weird.

Two things.
First, I like my hidden comments to be really hidden. Just a checkbox on your settings page, and even you won't see them.
Second, that's not really the regular back color. It's the highlight color that is intended to distinguish your comments from others. Can be turned off in eSix settings.
And third, this issue actually applies to forum posts as well. Except there is no option in your profile not to display your hidden forum posts.

@Munkelzahn: Yep, like EsalRider said, that is the highlight color, which changes the comment's background to distinguish between normal, yours (light white) and hidden comments (dark). I'm checking that right now.

Any other change while I'm at it?

I know its annoyance... I was going to fix it since I added it but kinda forgot to.
Also, the list now remembers if you left it open or closed.

Can you add a search option to eSix Extend that automates the process?
- keywords are everything after the number and the period (you can't search for the number itself, unfortunately): 1394074553.
- the period + file extension needs to be removed, too: .jpg
- separators need to be replaced with spaces, or the search won't find anything: underscores, minus signs, periods, and maybe other characters

[04/01/14] Version 2.87 (Code 010414)
First of everything, I'm getting rid of the keys (F, A, R, C) because it's kinda hard to not repeat the word that they already imply. Now on to the actual changelog:

• The script checks which user is logged in and remembers it accordingly. Previously, it got stuck with whoever user was logged in when first installed and the link to your user page lead to that user's name (but showed your name) [PM]

Did so many improvements in the script's innards regarding page modification (mainly adding elements to the page) - If bugs should appear, please report them as soon as possible.
Subscriptions! Not the site's normal subscriptions. These allow you to subscribe to forum threads! Incidentally, Reading pools has also been integrated into this, don't worry if you had one unfinished, it'll be converted to the new format.
Now you can customize the links in the UserBar (the "R▶ C▶ U▶ " ones). " S▶ " will be unchangeable, though.
Clicking the " S▶ " link will take you to e621's user settings page (you probably know that already). Right-clicking it, will take you to the script's settings page (which is the same as e6's but will have the tab selected)
"Commenting score" and "Posting score" buttons have been improved! Now they load their stuff faster!
Blacklist individual tags directly from viewing a post. Or just the post already! Just click the "X" between the "?" and the tag name and you're done! You can also blacklist users. Go to any user's profile and click on "Blacklist user" in the navigation bar [PM]
"Get Source" now supports FurAffinity's direct image URL [forum #121881]
Fixed a small issue when checking for tags at the post listing in "Edit posts" mode
Search terms will not be included in the "Common tags" list because they'll be on all of the posts (freeing up to 6 spaces for more tags - 8 if you're Priv+)

New options:

• "Submit current form on Ctrl+Enter": Pressing Ctrl+Enter will submit the form you have currently in focus (same as clicking the nearest "Post" button)

"Enhance Notice and Error messages": This will make the notice and error boxes (green and red bars, respectively) always visible and flash if they are visible already

Error list:

• Script tries to subscribe to pool #0 if no pool is in the old tracker variable. Converting notification shows up but the process never finishes. Error "unable to load resource" appears in the console (e621.net/pool/show.json?id=0). (had to manually delete the variable instead)
• On a related note, the userbar appears on .json pages when viewed directly in the browser. And on error pages like the one for no pool with id 0 (XD). Not that important, though.
• Once again, the navigation guides don't show up when clicking the "read" button on a post's page. And the hotkeys aren't responding then as well (unless refreshing / going to another page).
• When clicking the Wiki button to change the highlighted text to a wiki link, the edit box will show up, completely empty. But no matter what you write into the fields, the highlighted word will be simply surrounded with double square brackets, and custom title won't be added.
• More possible bugs to be reported if encountered.

• You forgot to change the script download URLs in the "How to install" section.

Also, this script's getting pretty amazing. I really think you should get a priv status for this.
