Just going based on the evolution requirements set in this comic for Lycanroc alone, you'd need to have a certain ability and then gain most of your life experience from 5pm to 5:59 pm. Which means there'd be very few actual Dusk Lycanroc.

In the actual games, it doesn't matter what time you gain your exp in battle, it just matters that you hit lvl25 during a certain time in the day vs here, where the exp must be gained in a majority of a certain time. Who gains most of their life experience in one hour of the day?
