Playing devil's advocate. The Deathclaw is comprised of a lot of other animal's DNA. So for all we know they are lactating lizards. But big titty Deathclaw is dumb.

Besides, this deathclaw is obviously a sizequeen, he's probably 25-50% of the way inside her, which is still pretty good since she should be almost 2x as large as she is in the image if in-game scales were used.

Large species needs large dick due to the depth of their vagina/cloaca.
In-game deathclaws are probably 2~3x your size (Maybe more, it's been a while since I played), which doesn't directly translate into size of genitalia, but still requires more than what is large on a human, as that is based on a human scale, not deathclaw.
A deathclaw is (Roughly) 50% taller than your in-game character (If Nate is 6' (1.82m, ~182cm), maybe 1.5x your width (Side to side), and 2-3x your length (Front to back).
That makes the deathclaw 8~10ft (2.43~3.04m, 244~305cm (Cm is rounded up)).

I would still argue about the fact that in this picture she does not look that much bigger than the human (like in-game) and the fact that females have most of the nerve endings towards the external part of the vagina and around the vulva (especially concentrating on the clitoris) so it's not just a matter of "going deeper".

Think of it this way: Will a horse notice you stick a 10mm x 1mm (LxW) stick into whichever hole you chose?
No, probably not, unless you started doing things that hurt. They're just that much larger than what you're inserting.
This excludes exceptionally small horse breeds, as they can get TINY compared to the average. And probably look like the foal of the largest breeds.

I think that sticking something, (even if it's 10*1mm) would still be felt regardless if you are bigger as long as you're sensible enough (thus why your fingertips can feel things better).

But it's a weird analogy.

well it all could be in there because deathclaws are fairly big about 7 - 8 feet tall in some cases so they could have all of the breast stuff in there but minus the fat that causes them to be big oonga boonga bags
