I'm guessing you have e621's Image Resize on. Otherwise, the difference should be rather obvious to you without having to read the image stats. Please be sure to compare images closely before calling it a duplicate or flagging for deletion.

How would I know? You guys don't exactly have a FAQ. I only saw that the image was already uploaded, previously, even if in smaller resolution. On Paheal and other places, that'd be an instant flag and everyone would do it. I guess here only the mods can.
