Fictional character from the animated TV Series Goof Troop voiced by Kath Soucie. Debbie is Max Goof's older cousin who occasionally baby-sat Max when he was younger. Her sole appearance in the show consists of an episode where she pretends to be Max's older girlfriend so that he and PJ can eat at the Burger Behemoth in town without being harassed by Duke and his gang. Duke takes a liking to Debbie so he tries, and fails, to seduce her. Max defends Debbie's honor in a skateboard race against Duke where he defeats him. Afterwards Max, PJ, and Debbie are able to enjoy their meal at Behemoth Burger while the exiled Duke is forced to look on.
