A game show on CBS hosted by Bob Barker (1972-2007) and presently hosted by Drew Carey (2007-present) where contestants bid on a prize and whoever bids closest without going over wins the prize and comes up on stage to play a pricing game for additional prizes such as trips, cars, etc. After 3 games are played, the contestants spin a big wheel to determine who advances to the showcase at the end of the show. The contestant who spins a score closest to $1.00 without going over advances to the showcase. After the first showcase showdown, 3 more pricing games are played, followed by a second showcase showdown. After the second showcase showdown, the two contestants who came closest to $1.00 without going over compete in the showcase. Whoever bids closest to the actual retail price of their showcase without going over, wins their showcase. However, if a showcase bidder bids an amount within $250 of the actual retail price of their showcase, that contestant wins both showcases.
