When a character is wearing a towel, with nothing underneath.

Often this is seen when a character is just finished with a shower or swimming as they dry off their wet bodies. It is also used to conceal their own bodies from others, often combined with the former reason.

In many cases this counts as nude covering, but if the towel is wrapped or tied in such way that the character can move with it staying in place without having to hold on to it, it can be considered clothing.
