Flat Chested applies to any female, herm, or gynomorph character that lacks any visible breasts. This includes cub and young characters, as well as slim or skinny figured adult characters.

Tagging Notes:
- Important: Not to be confused with Small Breasts
- Male, maleherm and andromorph characters should not be tagged as flat chested as they are not supposed to have breasts in the first place.
- The only details on a flat character's chest should be nipples, possibly lines down the middle of the chest and/or lines indicating the pectorals.
- If the character also lacks nipples where they should be visible, the featureless_chest tag is also applicable.
- Flat chested characters should not be tagged with breasts, bare breasts or exposed breasts.
