A penis that emerges from a cloaca. This is anatomically correct for animals such as reptiles, marsupials and a few birds.
Cloacal penis is relatively common for fictional species that resemble reptiles, such as dragons, and for species that have a cloaca but normally lack a penis, such as sharks.

• Only tag if a cloacal opening(hole or lips) is visible.

• Not to be confused with genital_slit, which only holds a penis while the anus is separate.
