A type of all the way through in which a penetration is shown to enter the body through the anus and exit somewhere else (usually through the mouth, if it exits through a different orifice it should also be tagged with mismatched threading).

For the reverse, use oral threading.

For instances in which cum goes through the body instead of the penetration itself, use cum through.
