A sex toy designed to stay inside of an orifice once inserted usually by means of a narrowed section at the base. These can either take the shape of a classic buttplug (image 1), a sex toy fixed in place with tape or bondage gear (image 2), or an improvised_sex_toy resembling a plug (image 3).
