This tag applies to characters who may appear physically young but are actually intended to be at least 18 years old (or their species' equivalent age of adulthood) if the artist or character owner stated they are an adult. This issue often arises from characters with short statures and large heads, and a body figure without features associated with physical maturity in humans, this may also occur with characters drawn in a chibi, toony or kemono style, which may appear younger than the artist intends them to be.

This tag should not be added if any young tags aren’t applied to the post.
