Used for when a character is bound to the point where even small movements are nearly impossible. Fully bound means that the character needs not to be actively restrained any more. If the character is made motionless with both restraints (ropes, handcuffs, shackles, etc...) and holding down by muscle, immobilization should be used instead. If the character is only being held down, fully restrained and immobilization apply instead.

Notes

• Although this tag is relevant to BDSM, it may not always be sexualized.
• Fully bound characters are usually incapable of presenting, and should be tagged as exposed instead.
