A vore specific tag – talking to prey describes when a character (the prey) who has been, or will be consumed, is being spoken to. In most cases, the prey is being spoken to by the character who has consumed them (the predator).

Common themes may involve the predator taunting the prey, complaining about the prey struggling or alternatively, expressing that it feels good. Dirty talk may be involved, particularly with an aroused willing prey. This tag can also apply to the predator character addressing an already deceased and digested character as if they were still alive.

Tagging Notes

• In many cases the prey being spoken to is not visible (as they are already inside of the predator's body), in these cases, tag unseen prey
• If there are multiple prey talking to each other while both inside of the pred's body, using talking to another is more appropriate
• talking to prey almost inherently means a character is talking to another, using both talking_to_prey and talking_to_another on a single post can indicate a third party being talked to by the pred, or someone else in the scene who is not the predator
• talking to viewer may indicate that the viewer is the prey (see prey POV), or that the pred (or someone else) is addressing the viewer, and also speaks to the prey character in the scene
