A sex position similar to reverse piledriver, but the penetrating character is mostly on all fours, or in a similar posture for a quadruped. The penetrated character can be in any upward-facing posture (varying from on back, shoulder stand, or even suspended by penetration.
Not to be confused with
- reverse_perching_position - The penetrating partner is on top of and facing away from the penetrated partner.
