When a character has their clothes lifted, pulled down or in some way removed, in order to check if they are wearing underwear or what their underwear looks like.

The character doesn't have to wear underwear, and the character can choose to expose themselves, as long as the goal of the exposure is to determine if they are wearing underwear, or what kind of underwear they are wearing
