Rosa has an orange body with lighter colors on her chest, under her tail, the palm of her hands and across the bottom half of her face. She has dark markings around her eyes that extend to her snout, and she has long, brown hair and pinkish-red eyes. She typically wears a black dress that has a sheer transparent layer on top with pink flower patterns, with red painted nails, and brown high-heel sandals with red straps.

Snoot Game depicts her as taller, slimmer and with more angular facial features, she also lacks the dark markings around her eyes and the lighter colors on the palm of her hands. The official site misidentifies her as an ankylosaur. Due to information about Rosa's gender not being available at the time when Snoot Game was developed, she is implicitly portrayed a cisgender. In-game, she is a highly religious and stereotypical Mexican woman.
