A character with their arms crossed under their breasts. This sometimes causes the breasts to be squished or the breasts to be pushed up by the characters' arms (who may be calling attention to their breasts by crossing their arms underneath them.

While similar, this should not to be confused with arm under breasts or arm under breast, which is for an arm that is across the character's body, under either one or both of their breasts respectively.
