Inside penis describes when a character is shown almost fully inside of, or entirely inside of the urethra of another character's penis. This is the "second stage" of cock vore, before a character reaches the balls of the predator.

• If the character's body is visibly bulging through the urethra of the penis from an external view of the penis, add urethral bulge and the relevant imprint or body outline tags
• A character may also be visible fully inside of the urethra/penis without an internal if the character has a gaping urethra
• If a penile urethra is depicted through an internal view when there is no character inside of it, use internal urethral instead.
