Bill (also known by the nickname "Zebra Dad") is a character created by Hladilnick. He is a divorced, 55 or 56-Year Old Anthropomorphic Zebra Firefighter. He was previously married to an unnamed horse mare for 22 years and had a son with her named Will who is currently 27 or 28-Years Old.

He is currently in a romantic relationship with the Mobster Jane Doe, although he is oblivious to her status as a mobster.

Bill has the appearance of a Plains Zebra, with black fur covered in white stripes all over his body. He has white hair, though it is implied that it was originally black. Back in the prime of his youth, he had a tall muscular build befitting of a firefighter. But following his divorce and battle with alcoholism, he began to gain weight and lost much of his musculature. Thankfully, he was able to partially regain his original physique after he began dating Jane in an attempt to impress her.

Bill has a very shy personality, often avoiding confrontation and interactions with people he does not know well. This tends to stem from rooted insecurities about his wife and estranged son and his age. He is also a recovering Alcoholic but is known to still smoke. With people who do know him though, he tends to act similarly to the stereotypical Dorky Dad/50's Father with most of the characters who are younger than him, Joking, Playing, and Supporting them in their endeavors. The exception appears to be Jane, wherein he displays a sexually submissive streak with her.
