One of the polar bears working for Mr. Big as part of the Tundratown mafia, in the Disney movie Zootopia.

Larger than the other polar bears, he's the one that carries around Mr. Big when Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are investigating a disappearance, and later when Mr. Big and his daughter Fru Fru are attending the Gazelle concert during the closing credits of the film.
