Character: tulin (zelda)
Tulin is a young Rito warrior from the franchise The Legend Of Zelda.
In Breath Of The Wild, he is shown to be the son of Teba and Saki.
Spoilers for Tears Of The Kingdom
In Tears Of The Kingdom, he is a proper warrior, able to manipulate the winds unmatched by his peers or his elders. However, Teba believes that his skill has caused him to grow prideful and that he needs to learn how to work with others. He is the Sage of Wind.
In both games, Tulin is canonically shown to be underage, although Tulin is older and presumably teenage in TotK.
