A collar with a leash attached to it.

This tag is applicable regardless of whether a character is wearing the collar. It simply needs to be present in the scene.
Someone might be holding a leash, but it's not necessarily. A character might even be holding their own leash, possibly in their mouth.

Do not add this tag if a collar is not visible, or if a leash is not attached to the collar.
