When a character is holding onto the uvula of another character, this inherently involves extreme size difference between the two characters. In most cases, the character holding onto the uvula is trying to prevent themselves from being swallowed in an oral vore scenario. Less commonly this may involve a character playing with the uvula as a part of mawplay.
