A sign is considered worn when it is fixed to a character's body. The most common method is to use the hanging strap to wear a sign like one would wear a necklace.

Tagging notes

• As long as the hanging strap is still being worn, it would not be an issue if the sign is not depicted as being supported by the hanging strap (e.g. the character may be holding the sign).
