Alex Procyon also know as Electrolight is a villainous raccoon belonging to SettaFlamowitz . He possesses brown fur, yellow eyes and super powers that allowed him to generate and control electricity and light. Hence, his villain name. Lucky for the heroes Alex encounters, most of the time he isn't bright enough to use his powers to their full potential. Coming from a broken home with an overworked father, a mother that gave up caring and several siblings he and his older brother Caleb had to take care of one isn't eager to blame Alex for turning towards villainy.

His villain outfit is very basic. A blue tank top with a yellow line, blue shorts and a fitting pair of shoes. The last part not always included. Sometimes he just goes barefoot.

While not evil he goes to crime as his first option any time he wants something. Moral-wise he isn't one of the worst villains either. Alex doesn't use his lightning blasts on civilians and rarely even zaps them with low voltage. He once hit someone with a pacemaker and had been scared to death that he might've just accidentally killed somebody.

The full extent of Alex 's powers is rarely shown due to his own stupidity and lack of experience with his electrokinesis and photokinesis. Smaller lightning bolts and bright light akin to a flashbang are mostly all he has to offer. The few instances that show his full power are quite impressive. Electrolight has full control over both electricity and light on the molecular level. Yes, down to the electrons and photons.
The photokinesis allows him to direct the light away from his opponent’s eyes, turning them blind while his electrokinesis makes him shut off any electrical device he chooses and even influence other people’s brainwaves. Keeping a hero in a loop of positive thoughts along with the electric stimulation of their private parts makes for an excellent way to condition them into willing slaves.

There exists an alternate version of Alex Procyon going by the moniker Lightshow. Basically Electrolight, but buff, intelligent and with full control over his powers. This version succesfully managed to enslave the heroes and conquer his home world.
