When a character's belly is on top of another character's head.

This may be seen with characters performing oral sex on an overweight, bloated or pregnant character.

Not to be confused with...

• head on belly — when a character is laying their head on, or pressing it against, another's belly

• pinned by belly — if the character's whole body is also under the character's belly, preventing them from moving, and possibly only leaving their head partially exposed
• between bellies — if a character's head is between and underneath two character's bellies
