Somewhere in the town square lies an otter looking to find a new job to work as a culinary artist himself. Every application, every interview they just turn him down, unable to give him a chance to show off his skills.

One day the otter crosses paths with the hare, "Ch0c0hare", at some grocery store as he passionately speaks about baking causing the otter to be curious of a topic he knows very well. After a while they discussed pastry stuff then the otter explains to Ch0c0hare that he was unable to find a job. "You can work for me.. If interested of being an assistant." As the otters' eyes light up in complete happiness as a simple yes to the offer, both him and Ch0c0hare left the store and head home together.

As they entered the house, Ch0c0hare asked for his name. "Keey-lai is the name" as the hare leads him to his new working space. Keey-lai was shown how the cooking book works and its "special ingredients" that's needed to perfect such recipes as he was told about one page of needed to reach certain places to obtain the rare ingredients. The hare lends him a scale for a dragon and as Keey-lai follows the recipe, not only the recipe was a success, but was told to easy it and soon enough turns into a flying dragon.

A (5'6") tall green otter with similar eyes as the hare, but with reddish eyes, and apparently Keey-lai explains to Ch0c0hare that at times he goes "were otter" that makes him (6ft) tall on some occasions due to family genes passing it on to him. The hare nods and soon after that they get to working, now able to take more orders for the future to come, so stop by and offer some key-lime pie, that happens to be his favorite~
