Character: eve (biblical figure)
Eve is, according to most Abrahamic Beliefs and Texts, the first woman. Created from one of the ribs of Adam, the first man. She was created to be Adam's wife and helper.
She is also frequently the blame for the original sin, being tempted by The Serpent into partaking of the forbidden fruit from The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and giving some to her husband to consume. The two of them realizing they were naked and attempting to clothe themselves but cursing them and their descendants to live finite mortal lives and to hurt themselves and others through acts of evil and sin.
Following this Adam and Eve were exiled from the Garden of Eden.
