This tag is used for images or animations featuring two or more characters, in which at least one character has external sexual organs of a size significantly different from that of the other characters.

For example, if you can see that...

• A character has a smaller penis than their partners
• One character has a normal size vagina, while another has a big penis
• A character's balls are huge, unlike those of another character

↪ This tag must be used in addition to the sexual organ size tag (e.g. Balls Size Difference).

Note that this tag does not necessarily imply intentional comparison or contact between the characters.
