The middle head is a male lion. The side heads are both female, one is a leopard and one is a tiger.

Meowberus formed by 3 people getting stuck together when wearing cursed clothing. The middle of the body originates from the male lion (and so has a penis, balls and chest fur between the breasts), while the sides originate from the female heads (so there are 2 breasts, one on each side, and each side's arms and legs are themed after a leopard or tiger fur pattern).
