Demons come in a large variety of shapes and forms, more so than any other sentient species; they all take after real-life animals as well as mythical creatures. Most common features include long claws, horns and sharp fangs. Horns are a matter of pride for Demons that have them, and are considered a sign of beauty and strength. They may have fur, scales or feathers, the colors of which often tie in with their element, and often sport patterns such as spots or stripes.

Water Demons tend to be the shortest of the four, usually at a height of 5'. In terms of appearance many have amphibious and sometimes reptilian forms, though it seems rare for Water Demons to be based off land mammals. They are often blue in color. Regardless of what form they have, their bodies seem to dehydrate easily and thus require water to keep themselves
