This is Elijah, he's Luka's student counselor currently working at his school. Most students just call him "Mr.Bailey". His friends call him "Eli".

((I've had the idea of fleshing out the "Student conselor" character concept mentioned on Luka's original ref for a while, I think this design is finally something satisfactory. He's mild mannered, dull, and sluggish at least when it comes to dealing with the normalcies of adulthood. However, he is quite serious and passionate about his job, there's nothing in the world that brings him greater relief and joy than aiding a student in need. This two-faced behavior can come off as somewhat off putting to some of the other staff at the school, but he's incredibly effective and said to be overqualified for this type of job. He has something of a savior complex, it tends to get him into trouble by overstepping his boundaries as a counselor. I can only really describe Eli's relationship with Luka as "really awkward" but he has good intentions when it comes to helping the kit out.

There's a few kinks I'd like to work out about his backstory, they're elements that are interesting to me but may not be 100% necessary for the character. I'll consider it further.))
