SCP-3844, also known as Tharnock the Dragon is a formerly Euclid, currently Neutralized anomaly in the SCP Foundation Mythos. It is an ancient giant winged reptile resembling a western dragon with purplish-blue scales. The entity is sentient and sapient, capable of magically transforming into an adult human male to communicate with other humans as well as flight using its massive wings. It had a very kindly and friendly personality towards humans and would often tell stories about the old world and its miracles and wonders. It has resided in the dolomite mountains centuries and regularly used to fly around the world. However, at the start of the 20th century, he was discovered by the SCP Foundation who discouraged him from leaving his cavernous home for over a century due to WWI, WWII, and The Cold War. By the time he decided to leave his home, his body had since atrophied and shrunken from lack of exercise and advances in human science and technology resulted in him being easily terminated by Surface-to-Air Artillery Fire.
