An ear scar usually refers to a character that has a visble injury on their ear(s) resulting from a situation like an accident or a fight that has healed overtime. The ear may have some discoloration around the scar or missing bits such as a gap where the ear would be. Not to used for a hole in the ear that is intended such as an ear piercing.
