Yusuf Dikeç (born 1973) is a Turkish ex-gendarme (military police officer) and professional shooter. He is Turkiye's oldest medallist at 51 and a half years old (as of 2024).

In the 2024 Paris Olympics he participated in the 10 metre air pistol competition, helping Turkiye win the silver medal. Compared to many of the others in the various shooting competitions who used special glasses and/or bespoke optics, Dikeç looked like a random nobody who could have feasibly been in the crowd watching the games, and his pistol had no attached optics or scopes whatsoever, using only ironsights. While shooting, he wielded his gun in his right hand while his left hand was in his pocket.

This appearance, contrasting sharply with everyone else, caused him to become a viral meme overnight.
