A ghost character from the Binding of Issac with a unique health system that gives him a "Holy Mantle" (after Rebirth) that protects from one hit and on the next hit, he dies unless his holy mantle is restored. The Lost is depicted as the soul that comes out of the other characters body in their death animation.
