A character in The Binding of Issac that is blindfolded and cannot attack on her own. Lilith starts with an incubus familiar that attacks enemies for her and can use her "Box of Friends" to temporarily double all of her current familiars. Lilith is depicted as a black skinned demon with a blindfold that has blood around the eyes, red hair and horns.
